Church Visiting

  1. Caleruega is just 2.5 kilomenters away from MC Mountain. Take a jeep or Bus going to nasugbu. Go down at KC Hillcrest (left side) then take a tricycle to Caleruega. Be sure to tell the tricycle to wait for you and contract him to fetch you again or else you have to walk all the way back to the main highway. Entrance fee is about Php 25 pesos per person.
-Caleruega’s Sunday Mass Schedule is at 11AM.  Closing time is at 5:30pm.

Hiking Spots

  1. Taal Volcano Trek- From MC Mountain, take a jeep or bus to Rotonda Tagaytay. Go down at Olivarez terminal.  At the Olivarez terminal, you can choose to take a tricycle where you can contract the tricycle driver at PHP 500 for a round trip (Olivarez – Talisay Green Lake). Upon arriving at Talisay Green Lake Resort,  the resort will charge a fixed rate of PHP 1500 for the boat ride to Taal Volcano island (maximum of 6 pax). Barangay fee is about PHP 70 per person while a rate of PHP 500 per person for horse ride to the Volcano is optional. Guide fee is also optional.
  2. Mt. Batulao- is just 4 kilometers away. Take a jeep or bus going to Nasugbu. Go down at KC Hillcrest then take a tricycle going to Mt. Batulao or you can just walk from KC hillcrest to the starting point of the hike for about 1.5 kilometers. Guide fee is PHP 300. Registration fee is PHP 20 per person.
  3. Mt. Talamitam – is just 13 kilometers away from MC Mountain. Take a jeep or bus going to Nasugbu. Go down at Barangay Bayabasan at kilometer 83. Guide fee is PHP 300. Registration fee is PHP 30 per person.

Horse Backriding

1.      Sky Ranch (Amusement Park) – is just 10 kilometers away from MC Mountain. Take a jeep going to Olivarez. Go down at Skyranch.

Cliff Dive & Beach trips

  1. Muntingbuhangin – is just 1 hour away from MC Mountain. Take a bus going to Nasugbu then ride a tricycle going to Munting buhangin.

By Private car: From Tagaytay, head to the direction of Nasugbu. After km 92, turn right to Nasugbu and Lian. You will pass by Nasugbu town proper, Cawayan Cove, Tali Beach, Muntingbuhangin and Punta Fuego.

  1. Matabungkay – is just 1 hour away from MC Mountain. Take a bus going to Nasugbu. Go down at Lian (Bayan) then go to the Market and ask for the the jeep going to Matabungkay beach.

By private car: From Tagaytay, head to the direction of Nasugbu. After km 92, turn right to Nasugbu and Lian. At the shell station turn left to Lian and Calatagan. Follow the road to Calatagan until you see a big signboard at the right side that indicates Matabungkay beach resorts. Turn right and drive up to the end of the cement road pointing the beach.

New Tourist Attractions

  1. Ginger Bread House is just 15 minutes away from MC Mountain. Just ride a jeep to Brgy. Upli then ride a tricycle to Ginger bread house at P200 roundtrip. Be sure to tell the tricycle to wait for you and contact him to fetch you again or else you have to walk the way back to the main highway.
