-A security deposit shall be returned upon checkout and return of keys and if there was no loss or damage including linens with stains caused by food lipstick, drinks or juices etc. Any loss of linens will be assessed upon checkout.
– No Smoking Policy inside the HOTEL (allowed only in the designated area and at the waiting area)
– Visitors are liable for any damages (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the hotel premises or property caused by any person in your party during your stay
– Pets are charged as extra person at php500 each for difficulty in cleaning due to fur, urine and poop *we only accept potty trained pets

-Clean as you go and bring all trash. All trash /leftover must be brought out by the caterer. Caterer required to pay deposit to Mc Mountain PHP 5000 refundable only if no garbage and damages electricity PHP 5000 for light and sounds
-Max till 12 midnight only
Note all required furnishing such as chairs, table, tents shall be by caterer and decors shall be shouldered by the client.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
– Reservation Fee of 100% payment and PHP 5,000 security deposit (refundable upon checkout if no damages made) to block the date.
